He built an entire movement around raw food and superfoods. He’s the bestselling author of Superfoods: The Food and Medicine of the Future, founder of the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, and co-developer of the NutriBullet. He's spent 30-plus years hosting live health and eco-community gatherings around the world. He'll talk about what decades of building community around real food and gathering has taught him, long before most of this movement existed.
CURTIS STONE
He built his name on The Urban Farmer, then built Off Grid with Curtis Stone, documenting a fully self-sufficient life. Right now he's building something bigger: a brand-new intentional community from scratch in Central America. He'll get into what it actually takes to turn strangers into a real, functioning community that can feed and protect itself.
MICHAEL COBB
He built ECI Development into a real, multi-country company, with entire residential communities across Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and beyond, and wrote the book on it, literally: How to Buy Your Home Overseas: And Get It Right the First Time. He lived as an expat in Nicaragua for 14 years, raising his family there. He'll talk about what it actually takes to build a real community from the ground up in a country that isn't your own.
