We’ve been living it in many ways over 5 years.Â
Our first taste of Intentional Community was at a tiny home village in Austin, Texas
Hey, John Bush here.Â
Rebecca and I used to live in a 399-square foot tiny home with my kids in a community called Village Farm in Austin, Texas.
Despite the small living space, the community made it all worth it.Â
But during the COVID Plandemic, the yuppie control freak Democrats (and plenty of Republicans) came out of the woodwork and made life miserable in Austin.Â
We had always dreamed of living on a large plot of our own land around like-minded people.Â
We finally knuckled down to get it done.Â
After many sacrifices, credit card debt, and extreme saving, we managed to save enough for a 10% down payment on a 10-acre plot in Bastrop, Texas.
After we got the land…
We created our own intentional community - Radical Roots Ranch - to experience the benefits first-hand (and lead by example in this revolution in community living)
Through trial-and-error and the help of numerous people, we were able to accelerate our food production.Â
We currently have 16 wicking garden beds. A chicken coop with 15 chickens and 8 ducks. A buzzing beehive. And we just got quail.
Plus, we’re building a pond on the property.Â
But the best part of all, we converted our property into a real intentional community.
We created the Intentional Community Summit to help YOU experience the joy, liberty, and prosperity only found in living on the land with like-minded freedom-lovers

Cynthia Tina
Cynthia helps people discover intentional community living for better housing, health, and happiness. She has traveled to 200+ intentional communities around the world and resides in a Vermont ecovillage in her self-built natural home. Her speaking, businesses, and consultancy have contributed to the growth of numerous community-led housing projects.Â
Cynthia is the founder of CommunityFinders, offering programs to help people find community. She’s also the founder of Ecovillage Tours, offering small group trips to communities worldwide.
Cynthia lives in Headwaters Vermont Ecovillage, a multi-generational community that began in 2011 and consists of 8 households on 14 acres.
Diana Leafe Christian
Diana literally wrote THE books on intentional communities.Â
She’s the author of Creating a Life Together: Practical Tools to Grow Ecovillages and Intentional Communities and Finding Community: How to Join an Ecovillage or Intentional Community.
She was the editor of Communities magazine for 14 years. In 2017, Diana received the Foundation for Intentional Community’s (FIC) Geoph Kozeny Award, commemorating her contributions to the communities movement worldwide.
Diana is also a representative to GENNA, the Global Ecovillage Network North America. She’s held trainings for intentional communities internationally including the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe.
And Diana is a master teacher of Sociocracy - a unique method for effectively communicating, resolving conflicts, and promoting self-governance within intentional communities.
Diana is a member of Earthaven Ecovillage in North Carolina, a large intentional community started in 1994 on 329 acres of forested mountain land.Â
River Richardson and Imani Mamalution
River is a Bio-Architect, Designer and founder of the Haven Earth Trade School which serves as the face of Haven Village as well as the economic engine to actually build residential members healthy hemp homes.Â
Imani is a mother, educator, author and visionary who homeschooled her 5 homebirthed daughters in her organic cafe over a decade ago. She is passionate about real food, local partnerships and educational models that promote life skills.Â
Together, they are the Trustees and Project Managers of an intentional development on 200+ acres that will be the home to 25-40 families in the next few years. They are currently in year two of implementation and are welcoming their next group of residential members with a focus on families.Â
River and Imani co-created Haven Village - a Private Residential Model in East Tennessee focused on building healthy hemp homes, food security, regenerative homestead and freedom.
Jonathan England
Jonathan is a transformational leader and community builder.
He built a multimillion-dollar real estate business, became a #1 bestselling author nationally and internationally, created the Awakened Life Live personal development event, and founded Earthwaking University.Â
He’s also the author of If I Die Before I Wake - breaking down the empowering practices to propel a crucial shift in the way people attract happiness, success, spiritual connection, and fulfillment.
Jonathan co-founded Earthwaking Eco-Village - a residential intentional community and Private Membership Association in Costa Rica with over 30 members whose purpose is to heal humanity from the inside out, create a world of abundance for all, and participate in birthing the New Earth.
Bradley Logan
Bradley is the founder of Prosperous Legacy Advisers.Â
He went from successfully practicing commercial real estate law for decades to helping freedom-loving folks leverage his unique “Trinity Framework” to establish their organization outside of the legal matrix and lawfully opt out of unwanted rules, regulations, and taxes.Â
He has helped numerous organizations, from retreats to healing centers to intentional communities opt out of the Public Realm and opt into the Private Realm of Divine Law.Â
Bradley lives in Earthwaking Village alongside Jonathan England and dozens of other members.
Yoshi and Pola Pantera
Yoshi and Pola are holistic spiritual vegan chefs, community builders, permaculture designers, festival & retreat producers, and entrepreneurs.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Yoshi founded Collective Wave in 2009, a movement dedicated to regenerating life through innovative projects for Mother Earth and transformative experiences for humanity. Pola joined in 2014.
Together they have created regenerative projects under this movement, which currently include: Seeds Transcendence (2014), a regenerative culture training and community retreat; Flora Plant Based Cuisine (2016), a vegan restaurant; and the Regenerative Culture Podcast (2020).
Yoshi and Pola are founders of Sikuanga EcoVillage in the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador in collaboration with the local indigenous Kichwa community.
Lydia and Arturo
Lydia is a Greek architect and wellness expert, specializing in the impact of buildings on health. She holds a Ph.D. in Geobiology, Master in Sustainability and has researched ancient temples and their locations for over 15 years, studying the secrets of sacred geometry in architectural design.
Arturo is a Mexican architect, psychologist, and a world expert in Sacred Geometry, He’s been teaching and applying the principles of sacred geometry to architecture for over 20 years.Â
They’re both authors and sought-after international speakers.Â
Lydia and Arturo are co-founders of Geophilia - an architectural firm which blends science with ancient temple wisdom, incorporating sacred geometry, bioclimatic design, natural building materials and auspicious layouts to create transcendental & healing spaces.
Kelly Krezek
Kelly has 12 years of experience in financial planning, real estate investing, and sustainable community development. She has traveled to over 60 eco-communities across 7 countries and 3 continents and she has worked on 14 real estate development projects ranging from $5M to $400M in size. Kelly personally has raised millions of dollars for real estate projects and is currently working on regenerative development projects in Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
Kelly is the founder of New Earth Development - a pioneer in regenerative real estate development and intentional community creation.
Paul Wheaton
Paul was dubbed the “Duke of Permaculture” by Geoff Lawton and Sepp Holzer (two of the great early pioneers in permaculture), and the “Bad Boy of Permaculture” by Occupy Monsanto.Â
Paul founded the largest online community for permaculturists, permies.com. He has produced over 600 podcasts, 200 youtube videos, and a dozen feature-length films on permaculture, off-grid living, homesteading skills, solar greenhouses, hugelkultur, and all of the wonderful inventions he’s created for greater self-sufficiency, including the rocket mass heater.Â
He’s also been featured at several Exit and Build Land Summit events and is always a favorite guest.Â
Paul is the founder of Wheaton Labs - a community of residents and workers offering the chance to live and learn on the land, participate in amazing projects, develop lifelong skills, and even gain a new permanent vacation spot or off-grid home.Â
Nicole Reese
Nicole is the marketing director of the Global Ecovillage Network, the Chief Executive Officer of the Eternita Longevity Villages, and the founder of Terrenity - an educational resource documenting the ecovillage lifestyle.Â
Nicole co-founded Regen Tribe - a collective of community co.creators focused on building and growing regenerative neighborhoods.
John and Rebecca Bush
